July 2026 Release Notes | Canada Minimum Wage Rates

Description

The Minimum Wage Dashboard now supports all Canadian provinces and territories. Canadian jurisdictions appear on the Minimum Wage map alongside U.S. data, and customers can add Canadian locations to view current wage rates, effective dates, and location details using the same workflow already used for U.S. compliance.

User Impact

Customers who add Canadian locations gain access to current wage rates, tipped wage data where applicable (Quebec only), pay transparency and salary history information, overtime requirements, recordkeeping requirements, and covered employee and employer definitions for each province and territory. Notifications for upcoming Canadian wage changes use the same system as U.S. notifications, and Canadian location data is included in CSV exports alongside U.S. data. The standalone Canada minimum wage PDF is retired in September 2026, with the Dashboard becoming the primary source going forward.

Customers who want to add Canadian locations to their program should contact their Customer Success Manager. Customers operating only in the U.S. see no change to their existing experience.
