Managing labor law poster compliance across dozens – or hundreds – of locations? That often means sticky notes, spreadsheets, or email chains just to stay organized.

With the new Location Notes feature in the GovDocs Update Program, HR and compliance teams can now add custom notes directly within the GovDocs Postings Dashboard.

Use it to:

✔ Document location-specific poster processes

✔ Track communication history and follow-ups

✔ Add context for exceptions or multi-team decisions

✔ Record reminders or questions for future audits
