What is the value of the tailored experience? |
Your remote and hybrid employees only see the postings that apply to your organization with the GovDocs Intranet Poster Program. That means less time spent fielding questions about irrelevant postings, and confidence your team can quickly find and act on what's actually required. |
|
Does this affect which postings display? |
Yes. What displays is based on your organization's Applicable Posting Subscription, Posting Requirement, industry, and language settings, all configured by your Customer Success Manager (CSM). |
| Who can access the tailored experience? |
The tailored experience is available to current Intranet Poster Program customers. Your Customer Success Manager (CSM) can set your organization up for it or you can update it at renewal. |
| How do I get the tailored experience set up for my organization? |
At onboarding, during a check-in with your CSM, or at renewal. Your CSM will update your applicable Posting Subscription and related settings based on your organization's profile. |

Here's What It Means For Your Remote Team
| What will my remote and hybrid employees see? |
Once your subscription is updated, employees will see a Welcome Page for the Intranet Poster Program. Selecting a jurisdiction takes them to a State Postings Details page showing only the postings that apply to their subscription. |
| What changed on the Welcome Page? |
The Welcome Page now reads "Welcome to GovDocs Intranet Poster Program." Employees click to view Federal Labor Law Postings, and the button for choosing a location is now labeled "Select Jurisdiction." |
| How do employees find their postings now? |
Employees select a jurisdiction from the map or from the dropdown, which includes a U.S. Federal Government postings filter. This opens the State Postings Details page, listing the jurisdiction, posting code, and posting name for postings that apply to their subscription. |
|
Can employees filter by jurisdiction? |
Yes. The Filter By Jurisdiction button supports multi-select, so employees can view postings across more than one jurisdiction at a time. |
We've Got Your Back
| Who do I contact with questions about tailoring my IPP? | Contact your Customer Success Manager. They can walk through your current subscription settings and confirm what your employees will see. |
|
What if an employee reports they cannot find a posting? |
Have them use the Filter By Jurisdiction option on the State Postings Details page. If the posting still doesn't appear, contact your CSM to review your subscription settings. |
