Getting Started with Your GovDocs Postings Dashboard
Now that you have access to your GovDocs Postings Dashboard, here’s how to get set up and start using its key features.
Secure Your Access
- Save your password in a secure password manager.
- Do not share your credentials with others.
- To add team members, contact your Customer Success Manager.
Bookmark elc.govdocs.com on your browsers toolbar for quick access to login.
Explore the Updates Tab & the Grid
The Grid is an important communication resource for your monthly updates to alerting your locations that need to take action soon. Check out the Grid Best Practices Guide here >>
Understand PosterCheck (Shipments Tab)
- The PosterCheck column shows red or green indicators for compliance.
- Hover over the tooltip for details.
- Locations easily scan a QR code or corporate can update a location’s status manually at govdocs.com/postercheck

If you don't see the PosterCheck column on your Shipments tab and are interested in learning more, let your Customer Success Manager know!
Download the Subscription Audit Report in the locations tab
This is an industry-first report that is personalized to each location and powered by location, jurisdictional accuracy. The report serves your team in three important ways:
- Verify and review your jurisdictional assignments
- Answer poster questions to location managers
- Verify which posters are required at each location

Track Shipments
- View new or updated posters in the Shipments Tab.
- Monthly updated and new posters are shipped by the 10th business day of each month.
- Allow until the end of the month for delivery.
Share the Planogram
The planogram is linked on the Postings Dashboard homepage. It is a PDF visual of the postings that are required for all employers per state. In English and Spanish, this visual guide is to share with location managers to highlight the mandatory state and federal posters they should always have displayed.
Use the Digital Poster Link
- Copy the IPP link from the homepage to share on your intranet or handbook.
- Remote employees also need access to labor law posters.
If you don’t currently provide digital posters, contact your Customer Success Manager for help!
Stay Connected
- Your Customer Success Manager is your primary contact after onboarding.
- They can assist with compliance questions and program management.
- Reach out to Customerservice@govdocs.com for adding or removing locations and ordering posters.
