PosterCheck Best Practices for Corporate Users

What is PosterCheck™
PosterCheck bridges the gap between delivery and display by powering locations with QR code technology on an 8.5x11 inch orange insert in each poster shipment. After the poster is displayed in a compliant place, the location scans the QR code and it updates your corporate dashboard.
👉🏻Why it's important: Increasing your compliance confidence at a corporate level, and saving time at a location level, you have instant access to seeing poster display confirmation without tedious back and forth email chains.
Getting Started: PosterCheck in the Postings Dashboard
Tip: Choose 2-3 location managers, district managers, or hands-on compliance operators that can champion your labor law poster programs and be the voice of the Locations. These champions can help you craft messages that resonate with locations, understand what works best for site processes, and empower hands-on trainings.
